Personality: For the most part, Kisame is what one would assume 'That cool guy at the bar who, for some reason, knows all the ladies who are all not wearing panties.' kind of guy. For the most part, Kisame is relaxed but rearing to go at another fight. For the most part, Kisame loves partying and sleeping. And for half of the time, Kisame is just hanging around Spirix. He is belittling, but not to an extreme point, and he is merciless until Itachi tells him to stop. He is one of those type of people who needs a leash on them, otherwise they'll assassinate keep going until they die out from exhaustion. His ego is contained, slightly, and kept in check by Itachi (most times) while his pride is his name and what his history is. (There are few people that don't know about The Seven Swordsmen.) If Kisame had more motivation and better skill sets, he could be a more demanding person. But Kisame is a realist. He knows his limits and he knows the limits of others.
His connection with people are kept to a minimum, choosing to be somewhat of an outcast for the sake of an objective point of view of the world, but he certainly isn't a peacemaker. Kisame is a lover of fighting, almost putting him in the same boat as Tayuya. His weapons are kept to a minimum, but he is skilled at what he does with those few weapons (mainly bladework and a few specified guns.) He won't hesitate to kill someone, but won't do so slowly. He lacks self-control for himself and thus, others (ie. Itachi) keep him from obliterating bodies.
To Kisame, most of This is all a game and the only thing that matters is who's winning and who's dying.
